Donna Castañeda is author of the chapbook Show me the road—I’ll follow the lilt of your shadow (Bottlecap Press, 2024). Her poems have appeared in Santa Clara Review; Spirit Lake Review; The Broken Spine; The Hopper; Crosswinds; and The San Antonio Review, among others.  Her MFA in poetry is from Antioch University, Los Angeles, but she also has a Ph.D. in social psychology and was a professor at San Diego State University-Imperial Valley for 30 years.  She lives in Chula Vista, CA at the U.S.-Mexico border.
